Jim in Gunnison, Colorado for a benefit concert for The
Gunnison Area Community Foundation.
An auction was held during the show and the winner, Pat
Montgomery,
got to sing "Country Roads" with the band. |

Also
a tradition, Jim and his friends playing at Frisco for their
4th of July celebrations. So Jim, Pete and Matt were joined by
Chris Engleman on bass and Steve Ivy for the afternoon show. |

It
wouldn't be 4th of July without the traditional Teddy Bear
Concert at the Healy
House in Leadville. This year Pete Huttlinger and Matt Montgomery
joined Jim for the celebrations. Kids, teddy bears, pop sickles
and oh what a view! |

On
June 30th and July 1st, Jim and his friends, Pete Huttlinger
on guitar and vocals, Mack Bailey on vocals and guitar, Matt
Montgomery on fiddle, Rich Lamb on bass and Steve Ivy on drums
started a series of concerts in Silverthorne
and
Breckenridge.
The shows benefited the Summit Medical Emergency Fund and
the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC). |

Earlier
this year, Jim and Pete recorded a CD together called "Two
Friends~Two Guitars, Some Favorite John Denver Songs" and
during the shows they did several songs from the CD. Notice
Jim concentrating! In a fun twist, Jim plays the lead on "Late
Winter, Early Spring", while Pete plays the melody. |
